David S. Kidder

Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer

David S. Kidder is co-founder and CEO of Clickable, a Web service that brings simplicity to online advertising. Prior to Clickable, Kidder co-founded SmartRay Network, a mobile advertising delivery pioneer acquired by LifeMinders. Previously, David helped lead corporate development at THINK New Ideas, a publicly traded e-business and interactive advertising firm, and founded Net-X, a Web authoring and Internet advertising services company later acquired by Target Vision. Kidder is a graduate of the Rochester Institute of Technology, and received ID Magazine's International Design Award and Ernst and Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year Award in 2008. Kidder is founder of GoodAdds.org, a nonprofit cause-marketing platform created in partnership with GE and Millennium Promise. He also is the creator and co-author of the two-time New York Times bestselling book series, The Intellectual Devotional, published by Rodale. He lives in Westchester County, New York, with his wife and two sons.

Munish Gandhi

Co-Founder, Strategic Advisor

Munish has a proven track record developing innovative technology solutions to complex, data-intensive problems. Before co-founding Clickable, Munish founded Infoveo, an India-based development company focused on actionable analytics and data warehousing. Prior to Infoveo, Munish was the Principal Engineer and Architect at Network Solutions. Munish has been the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of LifeMinders, CTO of SmartRay which was acquired by LifeMinders for $36 million, and the Principal Architect and Director of Data Warehousing at CNET Networks. Munish holds three U.S. patents including one that was acquired by Vignette from CNET to develop its flagship product enabling high-speed, database-driven Web pages. Munish holds several degrees, including a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Indiana University, Bloomington with a specialization in data modeling.

Dave Fall

Senior Vice-President, Product & Operations

Dave is a pioneer in online advertising and search-marketing technology. He brings deep operational experience to leading one of the largest development teams dedicated to a pure search-management platform. Prior to Clickable, Fall spent eleven years in senior technical, product and managerial roles at DoubleClick, and then Google, following its acquisition of DoubleClick. He most recently was Group Product Manager, Search Engine Marketing Technology. Prior to DoubleClick and Google, Fall spent over three years at Andersen Consulting, where he managed teams of developers at engagements with United Parcel Service, Reader's Digest, and Time, Inc. Fall also is a board member of the Search Engine Marketing Professional Organization (SEMPO), and is a co-founder of the SEMPO New York Working Group. Fall holds a Bachelor degree in industrial engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and an MBA in operations management from Rutgers University.

Preston Green

Vice-President, Customer Experience

Preston brings a wealth of online advertising and operation management experience from the ground-level operations to corporate and strategic planning. Prior to Clickable, Preston led the team at Microsoft’s adCenter dedicated to improving ad quality and customer experience for some of the world’s largest advertisers, including eBay, Amazon and many others. Previously, Preston spent ten years at America Online, Inc. establishing several operations groups within AOL Europe and AOL Latin America. Preston also was Director for AOL Interactive Marketing where he led both the advertising operations team and the establishment of a project management office to support AOL’s early and rapid growth. At AOL, he also was integral during the initial merging of the AOL and Time Warner, Inc. advertising groups. Preston holds Bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University.

Max Kalehoff

Vice President, Marketing

Max is a renowned expert, evangelist and student of interactive marketing, with an extraordinary track record of defining and building the reputations of early-stage companies. Prior to joining Clickable, Max spent over three years at Nielsen BuzzMetrics, most recently as Vice President of Marketing, where he helped grow the business from a startup into the global measurement standard in online consumer-generated media. Prior to Nielsen, he helped develop some of the most influential brands in Web analytics, including comScore Media Metrix and Hitwise. He frequently lectures to industry organizations and educational groups, such as the Word-of-Mouth Marketing Association, the Advertising Research Foundation, The Marketing Sciences Institute, ad:tech, OMMA and Columbia University. He pens a widely-read blog about marketing, media and life called AttentionMax.com and authors a weekly column in MediaPost. Max holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Syracuse University’s Newhouse School.

Bill Masterson

Vice-President, Sales

Bill joins Clickable with over a decade of experience in direct sales, partner development and account management. Before joining Clickable, Bill oversaw direct sales for Google's Commerce and Analytics team. He was responsible for forging strategic partnerships with key customers including Nike, Proctor & Gamble, 20th Century Fox, IAC and Conde Nast. Prior to Google, he was a Sales Manager at Advertising.com and Account Development Director at Jupiter Media Metrix (now comScore Media Metrix), where he was the recipient of multiple sales awards for his work with several of the company's marquee clients. Bill began his career as an Analyst for ACNielsen, servicing Kraft, Gillette and Colgate-Palmolive. He is a graduate of Providence College with a degree in Marketing.

Sandeep Sahi

Vice-President, Engineering

Sandeep comes to Clickable with extensive software development and management experience, bringing expertise in the Internet, security and distributed technologies. He’s held management and technical roles in large companies like Microsoft and Aditi, and start-ups like Talisma and eLiveBooks. Prior to Clickable, Sandeep worked at Microsoft on a variety of products including Biztalk Server and Distributed Application Server; he was responsible for services design and architecture. He has a Bachelor of Technology degree, with Honors in Electrical Engineering, from Kurukshetra University, India.

Vernon Steward

Vice-President, User Experience

Vernon brings deep knowledge of online product management and marketing strategy as well as extensive business development experience to his role at Clickable. Most recently Vernon served as Director of Product Management at MessageLabs (acquired by Symantec), delivering a consistent and compelling user experience across all internal and external online product and application interfaces. As VP of Product and Business development at SmartRay Network, Vernon was responsible for wireless advertising solutions, a role that built on his previous experience as Director of Interactive Marketing at DirectWeb and Product Manager for CS Technology. As Director of Business Development at THINK New Ideas, Vernon led teams that won and developed innovative Website and online advertising solutions for key accounts including Gillette, IBM, Oracle, Logitech, SGI, VF Corp. and Time Inc. As Online Marketing Executive at Times Mirror Interactive, he helped pioneer ways to monetize print publications as first-generation Web and AOL sites. Vernon holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Cape Town, South Africa, and an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management.

Maia Benson

Senior Director, Strategic Partnerships

Maia joins Clickable with 12 years of experience in product management and business development in the technology industry. Prior to Clickable, she spent four years at LexisNexis, two as a part of their general-management training program and two as a product manager. As a product manager, she transformed LexisNexis’s SEO and SEM business from a conceptual plan to one of the fastest growing revenue streams in the company. Before moving to the East coast, Maia spent eight years in Silicon Valley working in Sales and Business and Development. She spent four years with IDC, two years with a Knowledge Universe company, and two years with Xerox—all focused on the technology SMB marketplace. Maia holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Syracuse University, and an MBA from Cornell University.

Peter Chun

Senior Director, Assist

Peter comes to Clickable with nearly 10 years of experience delivering Search & Pay for Performance Marketing solutions for Fortune 500 Internet Retailers. Before joining Clickable, Peter spent over five years at the LinkShare Corporation, most recently as Managing Director of Search Marketing, where he played a critical role in the growth and development of LinkShare’s Search Advantage solution. He was a recipient of multiple performance awards for driving internal and external solutions to the overall success of the company. Prior to LinkShare, Peter held a variety of roles at Sirius Satellite Radio, Kozmo.com and other startups. He has spoken at eTail, Affiliate Summit, and various other industry events. He is a Qualified Google AdWords Professional, Certified Yahoo! Ambassador and a GLG Scholar. Peter received his BBA in Marketing from the George Washington University.

Michael Burke

Senior Director, Business Development

Mike joins Clickable with proven performance in business strategy and development, direct sales, and strategic partner management. Before joining Clickable, Mike spent nearly seven years at Google, most recently developing and deploying Google's Local advertising strategy for enterprise-level accounts. He was also responsible for developing Local partnerships with key customers including AT&T, Kohl's, Bank of America, Nordstrom, Sears, and others. Prior to focusing on Google Local, Mike oversaw development and management of strategic partnerships for Google Commerce and Analytics. He also managed a sales and partner management team for Google AdWords. Mike holds both a Bachelor's and Master's degree from Stanford University.

Don Craney

Senior Director, Business Systems

Don Craney has extensive experience managing operations for a wide range of businesses, from start-ups to global corporations. Over the past six years, he has built multiple departments of NetSuite Inc., taking it from a startup to a publicly traded global entity (‘N’ NYSE). Prior to NetSuite, Don held management roles in corporate finance and operations at firms including Scholastic Inc., EMI Music, and NBC Entertainment. Currently, Don has joined the Web 2.0 revolution that is moving corporate business systems into the Cloud – deploying Software as a Service for the next generation of businesses.

Maxine Friedman

Senior Director, Business Development

Maxine has over 11 years of strategic marketing and business development experience for leading start-up and Fortune 500 companies. Prior to Clickable, Maxine held the position of Vice President of Media and Marketing at BrandIntel, where she led business development and marketing, including re-launch of the brand. During her five-year tenure as Managing Director at CB Richard Ellis (CBRE), she led branding and communications for the 2500–person Global Corporate Services organization. Maxine began her career at Cunningham Communication (now Citigate), leading client engagements with Charles Schwab, Oracle and Motorola. She is one of the founding members of Lead21, a political action organization for Silicon Valley entrepreneurs. Maxine holds a B.S. in journalism from California State Polytechnic University (Cal Poly), and an MBA from both Columbia University and London Business School.

Bart Hacking

Senior Director, Finance

Bart brings to Clickable a wealth of experience in corporate finance and operations. Prior to Clickable, Bart served as Director of Finance for Monitor110, a technology-based financial intelligence firm serving Wall Street. In his three years at Monitor110, Bart managed all of corporate finance, accounting and legal, and helped raise $20 million of debt and equity. Before Monitor110, Bart led several strategy consulting engagements for FitLinxx on behalf of its venture capital investor, North Atlantic Capital. His work resulted in new growth opportunities for the company. Before FitLinxx, Bart was an associate at Barnett & Partners, a New York-based boutique mergers and acquisitions advisory firm. At Barnett & Partners, Bart evaluated and executed M&A transactions for publicly-traded and privately-held companies. Bart holds a Bachelor's degree in history and political science from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Columbia Business School.

Albert Hogan

Senior Director, Product Integration

Albert has 12 years of experience building, producing, and developing Internet-based applications and technologies. Prior to Clickable, Albert worked at Booz Allen Hamilton as the lead enterprise architect, Web-enabling and automating systems for the U.S. Food & Drug Administration. There he managed a multi-functional team that developed an electronic submission program to expedite the review over 200 medical products annually. Previously, Albert served as the Director of Partner Solutions at SmartRay Network, responsible for identifying, managing and integrating content and advertising providers to deliver targeted wireless content via the SmartRay platform. At THINK New Ideas, Albert developed online strategies and Internet applications for clients including Procter & Gamble, Berlitz, NFL Players Association, and Silicon Graphics. Previously, Albert developed the first online coupon and advertising program for Time Warner’s first online presence, Patherfinder.com. Mr. Hogan earned his Bachelor’s degree at the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania and a Master’s degree in Information Systems at Johns Hopkins University.

Solomon Liou

Senior Director, Product Management

Solomon joins Clickable with a proven track record in developing and managing innovative internet technologies. Prior to Clickable, Solomon worked in product-advisory and various other roles with venture capital firms including FrontEdge Capital, DFJ Gotham, and betaworks. Solomon’s background in product management includes working at Yahoo!, where he managed the HotJobs e-commerce business and Newspaper Consortium platform. Prior to Yahoo!, Solomon co-founded eLife Technologies, an early pioneer in social networking and user-generated content portals, which was acquired by Network Connection. Solomon is also a co-founder and board member of the New York Tech Mixer, a leading tech professionals organization. Solomon holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Harvard University and an MBA in Strategy, Entrepreneurship, and Finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Ben Seslija

Senior Director, Acquisition & Analytics

Ben has over 12 years of experience in quantitative and qualitative research designs, advanced statistical methods, and traditional and interactive marketing. He is recognized for his ability to quickly understand the unique needs of clients and explain complex statistical findings in business-focused language. Before joining Clickable, Ben served as a Director of Analytics at Leapfrog Online, where he led a team of analysts and developed profitable customer acquisition strategies for Fortune 500 clients across various industries. Previously, Ben led a team of analysts at the University of Illinois, where he lectured courses on Data Analysis and Comparative Politics. Ben holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Missouri State University and a Masters degree in Social Science from the University of Illinois.

Gary Liu

Director, Sales Operations

Gary leads Clickable's sales strategy and business analysis group, managing the optimization of internal and partner sales through quantitative research and business intelligence. Prior to Clickable, Gary was the senior operations associate for Google's North American Inside Sales Organization, responsible for infrastructure and efficiency for a $100 million acquisitions team, and most recently building a scaled telesales channel for the SMB market. He also managed the development of Google's sales and marketing intelligence platform, and an executive business insights system. Before Google, Gary worked for an international non-profit organization and several financial firms. Gary holds a B.A. in Economics from Harvard University.

Ganesh Ram

Director, Product Management

Ganesh has nearly 12 years of experience in product management, with broad expertise in Web 2.0 products and enterprise software. Ganesh has successfully brought several consumer, enterprise and publisher products to market, from strategy and conceptualization to feature build-out and launch execution. He is recognized for his ability to build products with innovative internationalization and localization strategies, and develop processes to shorten time-to-market. Prior to Clickable, Ganesh managed global products for Yahoo! in its audience group, which included Yahoo!’s weather portal and cricket site. He also spent over 7 years at Hewlett Packard in the eBusiness IT division, where he led a team of business analysts to define and build a data integration platform for HP's single sign-on solution, and managed partner relationships with HP's Partner and eBusiness portals. Ganesh holds a Bachelors degree in Electrical engineering and Masters degree in Physics from BITS Pilani in India, and has completed the professional management program from Stanford University in Management Science and Engineering.
