Sandeep sahi is expertise in the forced/constructive resignation of innocent employees when sandeep fails to manage the competent loyal employees forcing SIR SIR SIR culture instead of previous respectfull equal opportunity US culture. Sandeep's selfish, political mismanagement in india office is criminal act against employee rights. Sandeep's failure result into termination of innocent employees to secure his job. For example given below, as after this sandeep also thrown away almost all the loyal old employees to fulfill his personal target on the behalf of company goal. US Management or Persons supporting and keeping silence on sandeep's such illegal act is also doing crime. This is next techie slap on sandeep and his spoon team members growing under him by pushing out other deserving employees. STUPID MANAGEMENT AND DUMP TOP MANAGEMENT(ANDHER NAGRI CHOPAT RAJA) Hi All, While I was shocked at the event and took me some time to come to realities. Feelings were from revenge to forgiveness. But then in interest of everyone, I decided to share certain facts which would help you making a quick decision in terms of your career or may be management wakes up and start treating employees like human. We had an excellent team in clickable we somehow made sure to hurt or lay off good people most of the time and make a team of deaf people who either butter the management or keep a close eye on it. To summerise problem in India is wrong management at this time there should be someone who is qualified enough that he does not feel insecure about good people and try to put them down. In fact I have heard the negative connotation in interviews as well, some of the top end people have been rejected by a complete negative approach as in guy is good but there is this problem.... Every one knows when in dont dont hire. I mean if people from IIT CS being rejected in interviews, hats off to the interviewer. I could say if I put Kundan is our best guy and rate him 7.5/10 ( Sandeep 3.5/10 - Failure), those people would be 9.1/10. It is crime that such people take interview and even make decision. I would take some cases as example, I know or heard of from of well networked colleagues. Me – I was given program manager responsibility but with a trick I never got an official confirmation or letter of that intent. During the interaction I was told, I am doing excellent and suddenly one fine day I found me laid out in a harsh and disrespectful ( which is actually an understatement I was not even provided with the time to collect my personal data and at one point of time was told just get out) way. Though I am much better off today with a offer from E&Y in a gulf country and excellent package. Nabendu – He was an excellent programmer, they brought him with a promise to make a team lead and made a programmer. He was not on a very enthusiastic mode still he delivered an excellent demo and moment he delivered the code, he was asked to leave. Like there was a kind of cheating racket waiting. Within two days, he got an excellent offer with one of the biggies at much higher position. Apar – He was a High IQ and hard working guy. In last few days Sundeep came and behaved rudely and he felt it was kind of humiliation and such people does not like to work in such environment and he left the job. That is despite he actually prepared Sandeep Sahi for clickable interview in terms of how to deal with CTO and CEO. Sachin – Again a high IQ case, where start ups go all out to impress such people, here mediocre management felt insecure and misbehaved and created a situation where he was laid off. A victim of humiliation again specially when someone knows guys in front is inferior no one takes it. Ritu – Like lot of us I too believe she was a better manager than Sandeep . And team could have worked much better if she was head and Sandeep was playing a technical role. She was always confused what is her role and took every role whatever was told peacefully. And again she was lay off victim, primarily because she sent the reports which other people sent further with their name on it. Anyways she has joined a start up as Product head with almost triple the package. Vijay – An excellent techie, which was again a victim of system. As other people were stealing the credit of the work and he was working for a package which was half of the non performing people and may be 1/5 of non performing manager. He lived for the organisation but he was again being humiliated at time to time and he lost complete enthusiasm to work at all. I am happy that he is heading a product somewhere where he can create the similar product but may be robust one where he will get credit for it. Somehow I don't know what is solution of such stupid management. At times you feel like killing them, specially the insecure people who somehow by stroke of luck are at the top and do not let other good people come in the system and do politics against the ones who are already in, if they do not butter them. Or get an X-girl friend as HR and promote her sister as second in command for him, even after the Tech Lead ( Vijay) rejected her the same day she was put in his group as she is not technically capable. Or you want an organisation , where people can just speak by stealing credit of other peoples work. But I feel employees should have the power to oust the whole management in such case and their honour should be respected by all. Regards, Deepak Kumar
