David S. Kidder

Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer

David S. Kidder is Co-founder and CEO of Clickable, a web service that brings simplicity to online advertising. Prior to Clickable, Kidder co-founded SmartRay Network, a mobile advertising delivery pioneer acquired by LifeMinders and Net-X, a web-authoring platform acquired by Target Vision. Kidder is a graduate of the Rochester Institute of Technology, and received ID Magazine’s International Design Award and Ernst and Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year Award in 2008. David is an active angel investor through his fund, Alt Option Return, and serves on the National Board of the Smithsonian. He is the creator and co-author of the two-time New York Times bestselling book series, The Intellectual Devotional, published by Rodale. His most recent book, The Startup Playbook, will be published by Chronicle Books in April 2012. He lives outside Manhattan with his wife Johanna Zeilstra, Co-founder of Giveback.org, and three sons Jack, Stephen and Lucas.

Munish Gandhi

Co-Founder, Strategic Advisor

Munish has a proven track record developing innovative technology solutions to complex, data-intensive problems. Before co-founding Clickable, Munish founded Infoveo, an India-based development company focused on actionable analytics and data warehousing. Prior to Infoveo, Munish was the Principal Engineer and Architect at Network Solutions. Munish has been the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of LifeMinders, CTO of SmartRay which was acquired by LifeMinders for $36 million, and the Principal Architect and Director of Data Warehousing at CNET Networks. Munish holds three U.S. patents including one that was acquired by Vignette from CNET to develop its flagship product enabling high-speed, database-driven Web pages. Munish holds several degrees, including a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Indiana University, Bloomington with a specialization in data modeling.

Dave Fall

Chief Operating Officer

Dave is a pioneer in online advertising and search-marketing technology. He brings deep operational experience to leading one of the largest development teams dedicated to a pure search-management platform. Prior to Clickable, Fall spent eleven years in senior technical, product and managerial roles at DoubleClick, and then Google, following its acquisition of DoubleClick. He most recently was Group Product Manager, Search Engine Marketing Technology. Prior to DoubleClick and Google, Fall spent over three years at Andersen Consulting, where he managed teams of developers at engagements with United Parcel Service, Reader's Digest, and Time, Inc. Fall also is a board member of the Search Engine Marketing Professional Organization (SEMPO), and is a co-founder of the SEMPO New York Working Group. Fall holds a Bachelor degree in industrial engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and an MBA in operations management from Rutgers University.

David O. Smith

Chief Revenue Officer

After graduating from Harvard Business School, Dave worked at American Express for over a decade in General Management and Marketing positions. He and his team launched the Company Card product (now OPEN) and managed a number of large operating facilities nationwide. Through his strategic consulting practice, Dave advised private equity firms on their portfolio businesses serving as a Senior Executive in Sales and Marketing roles for digital marketing, ERP software and travel companies. Dave was President of Steiner Sports Marketing during its rapid expansion and sale to the Omnicom Group and recently helped the firm launch its direct sales team, which added significant profitability to its bottom line. As Managing Director of the leadership ministry, Priority Associates, Dave worked closely with entrepreneurs and Wall Street Execs while publishing Alpha Man vs. God, The Final Encounter in Men’s Struggle for Significance. Dave, Jeannie and their four children (ages 6, 5, 2 and 1) live in Westport, CT.

Max Kalehoff

Vice President, Marketing

Max is a renowned expert, evangelist and student of interactive marketing, with an extraordinary track record of defining and building the reputations of early-stage companies. Prior to joining Clickable, Max spent over three years at Nielsen BuzzMetrics, most recently as Vice President of Marketing, where he helped grow the business from a startup into the global measurement standard in online consumer-generated media. Prior to Nielsen, he helped develop some of the most influential brands in Web analytics, including comScore Media Metrix and Hitwise. He frequently lectures to industry organizations and educational groups, such as the Word-of-Mouth Marketing Association, the Advertising Research Foundation, The Marketing Sciences Institute, ad:tech, OMMA and Columbia University. He pens a widely-read blog about marketing, media and life called AttentionMax.com and authors a weekly column in MediaPost. Max holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Syracuse University’s Newhouse School.

Sandeep Sahi

Managing Director, India, and Vice President, Engineering

Sandeep comes to Clickable with extensive software development and management experience, bringing expertise in the Internet, security and distributed technologies. He’s held management and technical roles in large companies like Microsoft and Aditi, and start-ups like Talisma and eLiveBooks. Prior to Clickable, Sandeep worked at Microsoft on a variety of products including Biztalk Server and Distributed Application Server; he was responsible for services design and architecture. He has a Bachelor of Technology degree, with Honors in Electrical Engineering, from Kurukshetra University, India.

Sanjay Gupta

Senior Director, Engineering

Sanjay serves as primary lead for Clickable’s world-class engineering team. As Senior Director, Sanjay drives product innovation and ensures Clickable’s product scales to meet growing market opportunities. Sanjay has over 17 years of engineering experience with some of the most recognized global technology leaders, including Paid Search @ Microsoft IDC, Bangalore, and Yahoo's R&D Center, Bangalore. Before venturing into online advertising, he worked at Cadence Design Systems, where he built parallel compilers and optimizers, and next generation emulation systems. Sanjay possesses a broad array of skills including machine learning, information retrieval systems, compilers, SCADA & real time systems, and has a degree in Computer Science as well as General Management. He is passionate about social entrepreneurship and the potential role of technology and business in fostering growth. He also loves to run marathons and play tennis. On the personal front, Sanjay is married to Gunjan, a dermatologist, and they have two daughters, Mitali and Nandini, ages 7 years and 3 months, respectively.

Vernon Steward

Vice President, User Experience

Vernon brings deep knowledge of online product management and marketing strategy as well as extensive business development experience to his role at Clickable. Most recently Vernon served as Director of Product Management at MessageLabs (acquired by Symantec), delivering a consistent and compelling user experience across all internal and external online product and application interfaces. As VP of Product and Business development at SmartRay Network, Vernon was responsible for wireless advertising solutions, a role that built on his previous experience as Director of Interactive Marketing at DirectWeb and Product Manager for CS Technology. As Director of Business Development at THINK New Ideas, Vernon led teams that won and developed innovative Website and online advertising solutions for key accounts including Gillette, IBM, Oracle, Logitech, SGI, VF Corp. and Time Inc. As Online Marketing Executive at Times Mirror Interactive, he helped pioneer ways to monetize print publications as first-generation Web and AOL sites. Vernon holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Cape Town, South Africa, and an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management.

Don Craney

Vice President, Business Operations

Don Craney has extensive experience managing operations for a wide range of businesses, from start-ups to global corporations. Over the past six years, he has built multiple departments of NetSuite Inc., taking it from a startup to a publicly traded global entity (‘N’ NYSE). Prior to NetSuite, Don held management roles in corporate finance and operations at firms including Scholastic Inc., EMI Music, and NBC Entertainment. Currently, Don has joined the Web 2.0 revolution that is moving corporate business systems into the Cloud – deploying Software as a Service for the next generation of businesses.

Maxine Friedman

Vice President, Partnerships

Maxine has over 11 years of strategic marketing and business development experience for leading start-up and Fortune 500 companies. Prior to Clickable, Maxine held the position of Vice President of Media and Marketing at BrandIntel, where she led business development and marketing, including re-launch of the brand. During her five-year tenure as Managing Director at CB Richard Ellis (CBRE), she led branding and communications for the 2500–person Global Corporate Services organization. Maxine began her career at Cunningham Communication (now Citigate), leading client engagements with Charles Schwab, Oracle and Motorola. She is one of the founding members of Lead21, a political action organization for Silicon Valley entrepreneurs. Maxine holds a B.S. in journalism from California State Polytechnic University (Cal Poly), and an MBA from both Columbia University and London Business School.

Bart Hacking

Vice President, Finance

Bart brings to Clickable a wealth of experience in corporate finance and operations. Prior to Clickable, Bart served as Director of Finance for Monitor110, a technology-based financial intelligence firm serving Wall Street. In his three years at Monitor110, Bart managed all of corporate finance, accounting and legal, and helped raise $20 million of debt and equity. Before Monitor110, Bart led several strategy consulting engagements for FitLinxx on behalf of its venture capital investor, North Atlantic Capital. His work resulted in new growth opportunities for the company. Before FitLinxx, Bart was an associate at Barnett & Partners, a New York-based boutique mergers and acquisitions advisory firm. At Barnett & Partners, Bart evaluated and executed M&A transactions for publicly-traded and privately-held companies. Bart holds a Bachelor's degree in history and political science from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Columbia Business School.

Brian Tucker

Vice President, Sales

Brian is a senior advertising sales executive with over 12 years of media experience, specializing in online advertising in the last 7 years. Prior to working in the digital advertising space, Brian spent 5 years working at USA Network, NBC and Fox (FX & National Geographic). Brian is currently the Vice President of Sales at Clickable where he is responsible for expanding Clickable's sales efforts in North America. Prior to joining Clickable, Brian was the Director of Sales at BrightRoll, the largest online video advertising network, following his work at ContextWeb as a Senior Account Executive. Brian graduated from Colgate University and lives in New York with his wife and two daughters.

Jordan Franklin

Director, Social Strategy

As Director of Social Strategy, Jordan wears many hats at Clickable. After functioning as an account strategist for both search and social accounts on Clickable’s Solutions team, Jordan managed the development of the Social Act Engine’s algorithmic approach to bidding and budgeting as well as executing the new Social Intelligence Dashboard. A master campaign optimizer, Jordan has built and launched some of the most complex accounts for an impressive roster of clients. Jordan is deeply versed in the social advertising space and plays an important role as a thought leader, advancing Clickable’s product development to bring clarity and actionable insight to social advertisers, marketers, and agencies. Jordan is a graduate of Yale University with a Bachelors Degree in American Studies, specializing in 20th Century American Culture.
