Clickable Updates Product Look, Redesigns Manage Section and Adds Great New Features

Hi,

I'm Vernon Steward, Clickable's VP of Product Management.  I am excited to begin posting our product release updates to the Clickable Team blog and you will find future release updates here as well.

Along with the new Clickable Community we just launched, there are several exciting new product updates and features to tell you about.

Community & Product Unite
We believe the Clickable Community and Product should be an integrated, powerful experience, so here’s what we’ve done:

  • Common Design: We updated the product’s look to make it more open, inviting and consistent with our new community.
  • Integrated Navigation: We have made it easy to switch between the community and the product with one integrated navigation bar. Dashboard, Act, Manage and Analyze are found on the sub-navigation of the ‘Pro’ tab.  ‘Pro’ represents the Clickable Professional product, part of our growing product suite.
  • Help Becomes University: Help and Settings also move to the sub-navigation bar, but Help will now link to the University section in community, which has been updated with the latest information from today’s release.

Big Product Updates
We issue a new product release every four weeks to make Clickable better for you – based largely on your feedback. Our late July release has many important features to make you more effective:

  • Redesigned Manage Section: We redesigned the Manage section so it is even easier to create and manage campaigns, ad groups, ads, keywords and placements.
  • Bulk Actions: We introduced bulk-action buttons to help you save time. Now you can pause, un-pause or delete multiple campaigns at once, or set bids and destination URLs across many keywords with one click.
  • Placement-Based Campaigns: Google AdWords users now can view, create and manage placement-based campaigns in the Manage section, placing ads on targeted URLs.
  • Ad Scheduling: An innovative click and drag interface lets you quickly set Ad Scheduling, selecting the days and times when your campaigns will run.
  • Ad Serving: You now can customize Ad Serving to run ads on an even rotation or optimize them to show better performing ads more often.
  • Expanded Manage Grid: We expanded the Manage grid to include conversion data and destination URLs, streamlined the interface by linking to the Tools above each relevant section, and integrated a date-range selector to make it easy to view performance over time.
  • New Summary And Trend Graphs: We added summaries and trend chart to the top of the Account, Campaign and Ad Group-level management pages to show you all key summary information at a glance.
  • Improved Status.  More detailed status options will appear for each element in the Manage grid: an ‘in progress’ icon will indicate elements that have been changed in Clickable but have not yet synchronized with the ad networks (which happen every 10 minutes).

We look forward to hearing from you.  Please let us know if you have any feedback.
