To
quickly locate items in your account, simply enter search terms in the
Campaign Search bar at the upper-right of each page, and a dynamic list
of campaigns, ad groups and keywords immediately appear below the
search bar. Click on any of the results, and you are taken to the
Manage page for that particular entity.
