In the Report Settings section, you can add a primary logo for all of your reports, as well as a series of secondary logos.
Primary Branding Logo
By default, all reports display the Open logo as the primary branding logo. If you do not want any logo to appear on your reports, uncheck the box beside Show Logo at the top right of the Primary Branding Logo section. If you want to upload another image, click on the Browse button and select an image from your machine. Acceptable formats for logo images are GIF, JPG and PNG. Logo images must be no larger than 50KB, and the maximum logo size is 300x150 pixels. Once you've chosen the logo you want to use, click on the Add Logo button. Once the logo has been uploaded, it appears at the left of the Primary Branding Logo section.
You can upload one primary branding logo per account.
Secondary Branding Logo
Along with your primary brand logo, you can include a secondary logo for white label or client reports. To add a secondary logo image, first enter a name for the logo in the Logo Name field. Then, click on the Browse button and select an image from your machine. Acceptable formats for logo images are GIF, JPG and PNG. Logo images must be no larger than 50KB, and the maximum logo size is 300x150 pixels. Once you've chosen the logo you want to use, click on the Add Logo button.
You can upload multiple secondary branding logos per account. Logos that you've uploaded previously appear below My Logos in the Secondary Branding Logo section - click on the logo name to view it. Logos are also available in the Secondary Logo drop-down menu on the cover page of all PDF reports.
Groups
In the Groups section, you can review and edit your saved groups, or create new groups with the Data Filter.
To select specific entities to add to your group, click the radio button beside "Select items in list window," check the boxes beside the entities you want to report on from the browsing tree, and then click the Submit button on the bottom right of the panel. This populates the Selected Entities area and indicates the number and level of entities selected, while applying those selected to the report. (To select all entities at a particular level, simply check the box beside Select All.) This is the default selection. To view the report, roll up the Data Filter panel.
Because there are often many thousands of keywords, ads or placements within an account, we do not list them directly on the browsing tree. The tree includes account, campaign and ad group levels. To filter by a group of keywords, ads or placements, select the ad group, campaign or account and all sub-entities in that parent will be selected. For keywords, you can also use the Keywords filter at the bottom of this section. The drop-down menu allows you to filter by specific keywords (by using the "Keyword(s) is" selection), or by keywords that contain a specific phrase (by using the "Keyword(s) contain" selection). You can enter multiple keywords or keyword phrases by separating your entries with commas.
In addition to selecting specific entities, you can filter by the last modified date. The date filter allows you to report only on entities that have been modified since a particular date, or between a set of dates. To use the date filter, check the box beside Date Filter below the browsing tree, and then click the radio button for either Last Date Modified or Modified Between These Dates.
To set the dates, click on the calendar icon. In the pop-up calendar, a drop-down menu allows you to select a specific date ("Equal to date"), exclude a specific date ("Not equal to date"), choose a starting date ("After this date"), or choose an end date ("Before this date"). Make your selection from the drop-down list and then select the date by clicking on it in the calendar.
If you want to reuse a group of entities in future reports, you can save it by checking the box beside "Save this group to the Group Section in Report Settings." Once you have saved a group, you can reuse it by clicking the radio button beside the "Select a Saved Group" drop-down list and choosing your group. Groups can be reused across PDF and Excel reports.
