4th of July: Celebrating Customer Feedback

Jul 06, 2009 / Vernon Steward

At Clickable, we celebrate customer feedback and act on it as quickly as we can.

We recently launched Clickable Pro, Version 2.1, which introduced exciting new features, like Reporting, Automated Recommendation Acceptance, and more.

We’ve received lots of positive feedback from customers on the new 2.1 features, but also some great ideas to make them even better. We reacted quickly to launch Clickable Pro 2.1.1, a release with key improvements that collectively enhance the Clickable experience.

Here are some things to look for in Clickable Pro 2.1.1

Reporting Enhancements

  • Enjoy greater  Reporting flexibility. You can now compare two metrics in PDF report blocks.

  • You can also customize the combination of account, campaign, ad group, keyword, placement, or ad level information to export in our Excel Account Performance and Account Structure reports.
  • We’ve further streamlined the reporting experience by introducing a home page [screenshot] for every PDF and Excel report, as well as a new instructional ‘How to use PDF Reports’ section.

Keyword Filter and Bulk Edit Tool Enhancements

  • You can now see our timely ActEngine™ Recommendations directly within the Keyword Filter and Bulk Edit Tool.

  • This means that you can filter your recommendations by type, accept and ignore recommendations in bulk, view the performance data the ActEngine™ used to make the recommendation, and the suggested new bids or budgets.

Clickable Conversion Tracking Enhancements

  • Conversion tracking enhancements include better support for conversions that happened days after the original click, more fine-tuned attribution of content network conversions, and tracking of conversions at the ad level.
  • We also included support for conversions from Microsoft’s new Bing search engine.

Happy 4th of July and enjoy your independence from the complexity of search marketing with Clickable Pro!

Please try out our new features and let us know what you think. We’re always listening so we can constantly improve.

VP, Product Management

To get a clear sense of how your keywords are performing, you need to review more than the current performance
