Anyone know where the hold up is? Is Google just slow to send data or process these types of API requests, or is it on Clickable's end, or is it a combination of both.

It should take just a few minutes to perhaps 20 minutes at the longest. One thing to ask is if you have administrative access to the Adwords account. If you do not, you would not see the link request. If you do, the link request should be there shortly. If not please contact customercare@clickable.com and we can take care of you.
