Clickable's forums are there for you to get answers to your questions.  Here is a quick breakdown of the forums' sections:

  • Discussion about Clickable Pro - have questions or comments about using Clickable Pro? This is the place to get answers to any difficulties you are having with your account.  We try to respond within 24 hours.
  • Discussion about Clickable Assist - If you are a customer of our Assist service or are interested in signing up, we address many of your questions here - our dedicated account managers are quick to respond to any new questions.
  • Search Engine Marketing Discussion - Have questions about search engine marketing and best practices for your campaigns? Our gurus have the answers, post here for ideas and tips on optimizing your search accounts.

How do I register to use Clickable forums?

To register for Clickable forums, simply create a new post in one of our discussions (ideally, your post will be relevant to the forum it is created in).  You will be prompted to register or login after you complete your post.  Go ahead and put in your email username and password.  It only takes a minute.

How do I edit my profile in Clickable's community?

Once you are logged in to Community you can edit your profile by clicking on the "My Account" tab at the top right of this page.  You will be able to edit your subscriptions, contact information, profile, and avatar.

How do I search Clickable's forums?

To search Clickable's forums, simply enter the search term in the "Site Search" field at the top right of this page.

How do I create a new post in Clickable's forums?

To create a new post in Clickable's forums, simply hit "reply" to an existing post, type your response and then select "login" or "register" to post your comment to the forums.

How do I report inappropriate posts by other members to the moderators?

if you notice inappropriate posts by a user, please notify the forum moderator by clicking here.
