Clickable Sponsors the New York AdTech Summer Meetup

Our New York team went downtown to co-host the NY AdTEch Summer Meetup  last week. It was a pleasure co-hosting the event with Blue Link Marketing.

It’s always great to meet and network from our industry peers. We’re thrilled to know that the AdTech community in the city is growing and building a solid ecosystem of products and services that serve our media partners in Madison Avenue. Of course, it doesn’t hurt that we can just walk (not drive) to our partner’s offices to collaborate!

The demos alone were enough to show how all these “parts” translate to overall value to the media industry.

Forensiq – As a company that’s engaged in managed ad services as well as running our own search network (via Looksmart),  delivering quality ad traffic really matters in this market. From the looks of it, all you have to do is install the Javascript tag and integrate the Forensiq API to start filtering suspicious traffic. They leverage on a solid fraud intelligence database, bot and cookie stuffing detection and other neat features.

FuturesMedia – Also demoed their product which is aimed at allowing advertising contracts to be traded like commodity futures.

TagCade – We’re pretty much sold on Tag Management and we’ve had a similar implementation for some of our properties. TagCade provides an added value layer to tag consolidation. With all the platforms, networks and tools available at the industry’s disposal, TagCade helps publishers waterfall their ad tags to maximize yield all within one Tag management platform.

All in all, we were pretty happy with the turnout and it was pretty organized and we’re looking at participating in more events like these in the future.
