Clickable was founded in 2006 by serial entrepreneurs Munish Gandhi and David S. Kidder. Prior to founding Clickable, David founded SmartRay Network, a mobile advertising delivery pioneer.

Clickable completed in December 2007 its Series A round of investment, led by Union Square Ventures and FirstMark Capital, totaling $6 million. What is search advertising and why does it matter?
According to Wikipedia, Internet search advertising is a method of placing online advertisements on Web pages. Search advertisements can be placed on Web pages that show results from search engine queries.
