Position: Software Engineer

Clickable (www.clickable.com) is an online solution that makes search advertising simple, instant and profitable. We're an innovative and venture-financed technology start-up, based in New York City. We recently were featured by TechCrunch 40 and awarded Newcomer of the Year by AlwaysOn.

We are currently growing our engineering team, seeking top-notch talent to design and implement new features for our service. You will be part of a small, smart, hard-working team focused on an exciting product vision, working with a talented group of entrepreneurs that has successfully built software startups in the past.

The position is based in New York City

Responsibilities

  • Architecture, design, and implementation of new features and products
  • Converting business requirements into technical specifications
  • Performance optimization, production deployment, and aid in customer support
  • Anything it takes to make our product a success

Qualifications

  • Lives and breathes software programming, design and architecture.
  • Passion for solving interesting problems
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
  • Experience developing web applications
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Preferred: Experience developing with C#.net, MS SQL Server, and web interface technologies (HTML/CSS/JS).
  • Nice to have: Background in Search Marketing or Search Engine Optimization
