Position: Senior UI Engineer

Clickable (www.clickable.com) is an online solution that makes search advertising simple, instant and profitable. We're an innovative and venture-financed technology start-up, based in New York City. We recently were featured by TechCrunch 40 and awarded Newcomer of the Year by AlwaysOn.

We are currently growing our UI engineering team, seeking top-notch talent to design and implement new front-end features for our service. You will be part of a small, smart, hard-working team focused on an exciting product vision, working with a talented group of entrepreneurs that has successfully built software startups in the past.

The position is based in New York City

Responsibilities

  • Developing novel user interfaces for simplifying complex tasks
  • Architecture, design, and implementation of new features and products
  • Converting business requirements into technical specifications
  • Anything it takes to make our products a success!

Qualifications

  • A passion for usability
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Experience developing large-scale web applications
  • Strong background with HTML/XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, JSON, and REST
  • Familiarity with the hard details of web UI development, including cross-browser compatibility and client-side performance optimization
  • Degree in Computer Science, HCI, or related field
  • Preferred: Experience with C#
