Position: Netsuite Specialist

We currently have a need for a NetSuite Implementation Specialist for a full time position in the New York City offices of Clickable, Inc. Core duties will be the full implementation and support of NetSuite. This includes covering all of clients' application systems including ERP, CRM, Billing, Finance, Accounting and Customer Support components.

Responsibilities

  • Understand the NetSuite application in the functional areas of ERP and CRM as they relate to customer learning requirements.
  • Full ownership of Clickable requirements for integration into Clickable platform.
  • Take full ownership of implementation projects. Interact with employees as needed for logistics, knowledge transfer, and follow-up.
  • Participate in requirements definition and training, scoping conversations as needed.
  • Learn all relevant aspects of current and new product rollouts to ensure ongoing improvement of product knowledge, training and presentation skills, and technical knowledge.
  • Incorporate best practices and techniques from a training and learning standpoint.
  • Engage in special projects to support Clickable business processes and tools.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 8 years in the technology industry.
  • 5+ years solid experience in a functional project-management role with emphasis on technology and business requirements, development, design, and delivery.
  • Strong presentation and training skills; familiar and competent with training documentation and customer support.
  • Excellent understanding of common industry standards related to ERP, CRM and eCommerce with an understanding of standard business practices related to Accounting (Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Invoicing, Billing and Collections), Sales Force Management, SFA and CRM (Opportunity, Proposal, Sales Orders, Forecasting), as well as support (Cases Management and Territory Management.)
  • Exposure to business practices such as Accounting (Payroll, Expense Tracking, Multi-currency, and commissions), Sales Force Automation Marketing Campaigns, and Web presence (Form Buildouts, Web site layout.)
  • Experience performing a full NetSuite integration.
  • Development of saved searches.
  • Experience working with Web Services.
  • Experience with software in an ASP or SaaS environment is a plus as is any experience with financial accounting, customer management, and Sales Force automation software.
  • Previous experience with the following applications is a solid predictor of success as a NetSuite Implementer: QuickBooks, Great Plains, SalesForce.com, Upshot, ACT, Goldmine, MAS 90, Siebel, Oracle Financials, SAP, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards, Sage.
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills for the purpose of documentation development, curriculum review, and communication.
  • Experience with developing and maintaining Netsuite systems.
  • Working knowledge of, and experience using JavaScript, Web Services, HTML, XML, Crystal and SQL is desirable.
