Position: Account Associate - Clickable Solutions

We are looking for a self starter who is proactive and eager to join the search marketing space. This role is initially operationally biased, emphasizing reporting and implementation responsibilities. The Associate position is designed to train individuals to become Account Managers by focusing on the "nuts and bolts" of a search marketing program and executing on the due diligence. Candidates with even a small amount of PPC experience are ideal. Clickable is a fast moving company and the opportunity to advance into Account Manager positions rapidly is a strong possibility for candidates who show aptitude.

The position is based in New York

Responsibilities

  • Prepare reporting and analysis for clients (weekly to monthly basis), summarizing opportunities and past results
  • Launch new search marketing programs for Clickable clients (Pro and Solutions) and fulfill implementation requests (all aspects)
  • Launch ad hoc campaign builds to further expand client's reach on the major search engines
  • Manage client records in our internal CRM database (Netsuite).
  • Create internal reports to help determine health of the business, and serve as internal customer champion helping to define and influence the direction of Clickable's products and services
  • Execute implementation requests through the search engines and Clickable's interface
  • Complete in-house training, focused on understanding the nuances of search marketing
  • Manage up to 10 accounts (post-training) and provide clients with product and analytical support, placing a primary focus on key performance indicators (KPIs)

Qualifications

  • 3-12 months of PPC experience
  • BA/BS required, quantitative coursework (engineering, computer science, mathematics, or economics) strongly preferred
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and multi-tasking skills
  • Proven history of self-direction, creativity, and ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong computer skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
