Position: Account Manager - Clickable Solutions

Clickable Inc. is looking for a dynamic individual who wants to be part of building solutions that change the economics and management of online marketing. Clickable is seeking a proactive and organized individual with relevant experience to join our growing team as an Account Manager. They are responsible for delivering customer satisfaction by working collaboratively across the organization to develop and advance key customer initiatives. This role will have the following functional responsibilities:

Responsibilities

  • Manage a book of up to 30 accounts (Solutions Packages).
  • Provide clients with product and analytical support, placing a primary focus on ROI.
  • Cultivate an advisory relationship, includes providing ActEngine(TM) optimization rationale.
  • Responsible for any or all components of the client account, including keyword expansion, bid adjustments, ad copy, budget allocation, and execution.
  • Identify and propose new opportunities based on market conditions.
  • Teach client to be self sufficient within the product to influence technology adoption.
  • Schedule, at minimum, a monthly call to ensure client is responsive and timely in their turnaround times.
  • Reporting provided on a weekly, semi-monthly, or monthly basis to summarize opportunities and previous period results based on the package purchased by the client.
  • Analysis provided, when necessary, with reporting. Delivery frequency is determined by the Solutions package purchase by the client.
  • Lead the Discovery Call to understand client's business, identify vertical nuances, success metrics, establish expectations, and derive a strategy.
  • Launch new search marketing programs for Clickable clients (Pro and Solutions).
  • Solutions clients in implementing Clickable's conversion tracking.
  • Complete internal reports to help determine health of the business.
  • Serve as the internal customer champion helping to define and influence the direction of Clickable's products and services.
  • Provide feedback to the ActEngine(TM) team to propose new algorithms and refine existing algorithms.
  • Enforce, critique, and provide feedback for current processes as well as recommending new processes.
  • Solutions in the training of Account Associates.

Qualifications

  • Background in keyword search marketing campaign development is mandatory.
  • 2+ years of experience in search engine marketing, search engine optimization or online marketing.
  • BA/BS required, preferably with an emphasis on quantitative coursework, preferably in engineering, computer science, mathematics, or economics.
  • Extremely well organized, analytical and capable of handling multiple ad hoc requests for information simultaneously.
  • Thrive in building strong professional relationships with counterparts from a wide range of departments from marketing to engineering and champion the interests of our customers within these groups.
  • Proven history of self-direction, creativity, and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications in particular Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Outstanding team player.
