Position: Account Manager - Clickable Solutions

The candidate will be a part of the Clickable Solutions team in Gurgaon, India, managing search engine marketing and social media campaigns for clients in the USA and India. Managing a portfolio of accounts alongside a Solutions Manager in New York, the position also provides various activities like service design, implementation, experimentation, training and development. The position leverages Clickable tools and technology to help customers thrive in the online advertising space.

Responsibilities

• Work Experience: 3 yrs minimum
• Bachelor's degree from good school (alternatively, design school with technical qualifications for web development)
• Experience using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, CSS and Dreamweaver for web graphics production capability.
• Should have worked on Web Applications under ASP.Net / C# preferred
• Understanding of HTML, CSS2/CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, Flash and web standards
• Familiar with Web 2.0 technologies and practices including AJAX
• Experience in graphics design will be a plus

The position requires you to provide both search and social marketing strategy and execution across Clickable's client base. This includes:

  • Defining and implementing SEM and social strategy in close coordination with Solutions Leaders and Solutions Managers in the New York office.
  • Managing (build, analyze, optimize, grow, reporting) multiple accounts on multiple search and social channels.
  • Working closely with the customer relationship team to define and operationalize campaign specific goals.
  • Research, analyze and solve bottlenecks towards SEM campaign execution.
  • Understanding and leveraging Clickable products and technologies. Delivering solutions in the overall business context.
  • Proactively communicating with all the stakeholders to facilitate a smooth flow of information and operations.
  • Handling in-house and external trainings as and when needed.
  • Being an internal customer for Clickable products and provide inputs for enhancing the same.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in SEM or social domain, having experience in handling small, medium and large advertiser accounts, preferably in an international setup.
  • Proven proficiency in using various SEM platforms, tools and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Ms Excel.

  • Analytical skills with ability to recommend actionable insights to SEM and social advertisers and implement wherever necessary.
  • Ability to multi-task and willingness to work in a fast paced environment, being open to learn and unlearn.
  • Experience in managing social media initiatives is strongly desired.
  • Willingness to be a part of a vibrant culture, ability to think on feet and express without inhibitions.
  • Graduate with good communication and interpersonal skills. MBA preferred.
