Position: Web Designer

We are searching for outstanding Web developers responsible for developing innovative next-generation products. Candidates should be creative with an inclination towards graphics/UX design for Web applications with a good understanding of wire-frame concepts and the ability to develop rapid html prototypes which showcase ideas. Usability experience is a definite plus.

The position is based in Gurgaon, India

Responsibilities

• Work Experience: 3 yrs minimum
• Bachelor's degree from good school (alternatively, design school with technical qualifications for web development)
• Experience using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, CSS and Dreamweaver for web graphics production capability.
• Should have worked on Web Applications under ASP.Net / C# preferred
• Understanding of HTML, CSS2/CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, Flash and web standards
• Familiar with Web 2.0 technologies and practices including AJAX
• Experience in graphics design will be a plus
• Basic Knowledge of JavaScript and ASP.NET is a must
  • Work with product and UX management to understand customer needs and business requirements and create UX design deliverables such as sketches, wireframes, storyboards, flows or mockups to communicate design solutions.
  • Present design solutions, rationalize design recommendations and drive team consensus, collaboration and communication with project team members, stakeholders and management.
  • Work closely with development team members during implementation to ensure a polished, high quality and easy-to-use end product.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with manager and peers in geographically remote locations to drive consistency and quality of the user experience across multiple product lines.
