Position: Billing Manager

The Billing Manager will manage all day-to-day billing and collections operations, and develop and implement billing systems and process improvements to support rapid growth. The Billing Manager will have an opportunity to interact with all functions in the company, including sales, service delivery, product development & engineering, and business information systems.

The position is based in New York

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the day-to day billing and collections functions
  • Develop and implement billing and collections systems and process improvements
  • Review and reconcile internal billing reports, and resolve discrepancies and adjustments
  • Reconcile credit card receipts, charge-backs, and refunds
  • Review and process monthly revenue accruals/journal entries within the billing cycle
  • Maintain and update weekly collections report
  • Interact with Clickable customers and partners, including customer billing inquiry calls
  • Assist with preparation of audit schedules and reconciliations

Qualifications

Minimum of two to five years of experience in accounting/finance required, preferably in a billing department, demonstrating an in-depth knowledge of billing procedures and various automated accounting systems
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
College Degree in accounting/business management preferred
