Clickable is looking for a talented Senior Product Manager with expertise in social media and local advertising. The role serves as the product manager for a new reputation management product for small businesses that is being co-developed and brought to market in partnership with a preeminent market leader in the space.
The position is based in New York
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product strategy, working closely
with engineering, marketing, sales, customer support, and
partners
- Develop roadmap and prioritize product features that deliver
competitive advantage and an exceptional product user
experience
- Be a visible leader with customers, partners, and
internal stakeholders
- Develop overall product requirements, user experience,
information architecture, visual design, and usability
- Master and innovate on leading social & local API's
including Yelp, Facebook, Twitter, and Foursquare
- Collaborate and develop relationships with customers to
understand key product requirements and market drivers
- Manage the overall commercialization process for new
feature releases and product launches
- Work closely with product and engineering teams in New
York and India
Qualifications
- BA/BS in Computer Science or related technical field preferred
(MS or Ph.D. is a plus)
- Professional experience developing products, technologies, and
platforms with dynamic, high-scale Internet companies
- Strong technical background to understand and build on
API's
- Experience working with remote engineering teams
- Passion for product management, UI development, and management
of complex, dynamic websites
- Strong understanding of social media (Facebook, Twitter,
Foursquare, Yelp, etc.) and local advertising (SEM, daily deals,
etc.)
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and
wear many hats in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, non-linear
environment
- Excellent analytic and communication skills
- MBA preferred, but not required
