If I have a product idea for Clickable, who do I talk to?

I would love to see more analytics about my users.  More specifically around click fraud.  I am currently looking at alternatives to IP logging and Auditing on my PPC campaigns.  It would be a complete value add to have this built into Clickable.  Currently we are trusting the SE’s.  However it would be good to have a third party track clicks as well.

Third party data integration is a product request we have started to hear more frequently from our agency and larger customers.  It has been a request more in terms of conversion data than click fraud, but it is something we will be looking into in more detail in the second half of this year.

In your reporting (beta) I would like to see a keywords report module. Currently I'm creating the report from Bulk Edit and sending as a separate file. It would be great to be able to include in the report edit and choose the number of top keywords and columns shown. This way, I can schedule a full report to be sent to my client.

Developing a customizable 'Top Keywords' module is something we have heard from other customers as well.  While we don't have that in the product yet, here are a few more ideas relating to keyword reporting that might be helpful.

• There is a pre-packaged 'Top Keywords' report in the 'Excel Reports' section which provides the Top 5 keywords and any analysis by keyword match type.
• The 'Performance Report' in the 'Excel Reports' section can be customized to provide only the keywords tab, with the metrics you select and the ability to add your own custom metrics.
• You can save a set of keywords as a group in the 'Groups' area of 'Report Settings'  You can include all keyword in any account campaign or ad group; filter to a specific list of keywords, and filter by the last modified date.  This saved group of keywords can then be used in a range of reports, which can now be scheduled for delivery.

I hope these inspire some new reporting ideas for you
