Scott is the first Chief Social Architect (tm) in the United States. He has extensive experience in SaaS, Community/Social Marketing, User-created Content, Influencer Programs, Product Marketing, Online Marketing (SEM, SEO, Social Networks, etc.) Scott is a pioneer in Community, Social Marketing, Social CRM, Online Advertising (SEM and SEO) and KB Content Management.
Scott has worked for a number of Fortune 500 companies, such as American Express, America Online, Apple, Borders and Intuit. Scott has also worked with two start-ups acquired: Brainplay.com, which was acquired by KBtoys, and 2Market, which was acquired by AOL. He has worked on SEO and SEM since the 1990s.
