Re: Clickable signup and integration
Benjamin, It should take just a few minutes to perhaps 20 minutes at the longest. One thing to ask is if you have administrative access to the Adwords account. If you do not, you would not see the link request. If you do, the link request should be there shortly. If not please contact customercare@clickable.com and we can take care of you. Cheers, Preston
Re: Clickable signup and integration
I have the same question Benjamin. I added the company AdWords account to Clickable nearly 24 hours ago and the import is still pending. Sure would be nice to actually get my 15 free days worth... Anyone know where the hold up is? Is Google just slow to send data or process these types of API requests, or is it on Clickable's end, or is it a combination
Re: Clickable signup and integration
How long should it take for the API access request to show up in my google adwords account, after I have added the account to Clickable? Is there anyway to verify that the API access request was sent to google and/or to have the request re-sent. I added my google adwords account to clickable about an hour ago, and there is still no request for access
Re: Data Refresh - when is enough, enough?
B, This will be coming in the tool. We can do this for you on a manual basis if you need.
Re: Data Refresh - when is enough, enough?

When a campaign is first launched and your are making changes, etc... extremely frequent updates would be great (i.e. hourly ) When a campaign is in standard operations mode daily updates are fine When a campaign needs to be watched (due to competitors, new test

Re: Interface Suggestion (Request)
Hi Paul. That's a great idea. I will communicate that to our user experience and product team.
